Stefan Fruhner built the TinyTimeTracker app as an Open Source app. This SERVICE is provided by Stefan Fruhner and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in my general Terms and Conditions, which are accessible within the TinyTimeTracker application or its official documentation, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
All data processed and stored by the TinyTimeTracker app is kept exclusively on your device. I do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data or usage information on my servers.
For a better experience, while using my Service, I may request access to fine and background location permissions. This is exclusively for BSSID (Basic Service Set Identifier) matching to enable certain app functionalities (e.g., automatic time tracking based on Wi-Fi networks) and is * *not used to track your actual geographical location**. Any BSSID information and other data related to these permissions will be retained solely on your device and is not collected by me in any way.
The only way to share data from the TinyTimeTracker app is through the explicit “Share” functionality within the app, which is entirely under the user’s control.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Data Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over its deletion. For detailed step-by-step instructions on how to delete trackers or all app data, please refer to the “ How to Delete All User Data” section in my documentation.
Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data is solely for debugging and improving the app, and may be transmitted to the Google Play Console for error reporting. It may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. No other log data or user activity is collected or transmitted by the app.
Cookies
This Service (the TinyTimeTracker app itself) does not use “cookies” or similar tracking technologies explicitly. However, the app may incorporate third-party code and libraries that could utilize cookies or similar identifiers to collect information and improve their services. These would be stored on your device’s internal memory.
Security
I value your trust in providing me your Personal Information, thus I am striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I will ensure that this information is not collected or retained by me. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do the necessary actions (e.g., providing guidance on how to delete this data from their device).

I may update my Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
